Group Engagement and Processes for Diverse Populations – Presented by: Jim Hyland

This course will provide education on the administration of groups to diverse, and sometimes resistant populations, in different settings. During the training, participants will be given opportunities to practice skills in real-time with fellow participants. Participants will learn how to engage with their clients properly, effectively, and ethically in order to provide the best possible therapeutic outcomes.
