MHRS focusing on treatment, training – Mental health and recovery resources are vital to the well-being of our community. The Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board works to make sure people have access to treatment.
ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP — A new leader and new office will not change the priorities of the Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, which works to make sure people have access to substance abuse and mental health treatment.
Ohio state law provides the legal format for the board’s existence.
