RCORP-TA Reverse Site Visit (RSV) 2026 Conference: This week, our Director of Prevention, Christy Fisher, attended the 2026 Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Reverse Site Visit Conference in Washington, DC.

Christy valued the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and strengthen her understanding of effective rural prevention strategies and sustainable community partnerships. Connecting with leaders from across the country allowed her to gather fresh ideas and bring renewed energy and insight back to support the work in Ashtabula County.

Christy also had the privilege of presenting the work that’s been done to raise awareness and increase utilization of the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline along with COP-RCORP partners Holly Raffle from Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service, Nicole Williams from the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Seneca, Sandusky, Ottawa, and Wyandot Counties, Charlotte Stonerook from Sandusky County Public Health, and Miranda Gray from the Fairfield County ADAMH Board.

“Sharing the strategies and impact of this work was both an honor and a meaningful reminder of the importance of expanding awareness and access to support for mothers and families.”
