Ashtabula County Quick Response Team (QRT)
The Ashtabula County Quick Response Team (QRT) is a collaborative effort designed to provide support to individuals who are struggling with a substance use disorder. The team is made up of officers from the Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Department, peers with lived experience, and counselors from local treatment agencies. Together, they respond weekly to overdoses or other substance-related incidents, offering resources, guidance, and connections to treatment and recovery services to support individuals and their families in the community.
The Quick Response Team goes out and meets with individuals at their residence on a weekly basis.
If you would like the team to meet with you or to meet with someone else who is struggling with a substance use disorder, please fill out the contact form.
Please note that the QRT can only meet with residents currently residing in Ashtabula County.
This form is completely anonymous. You only need to share your contact information if you would like the Quick Response Team (QRT) to connect with you directly.
All information is confidential; therefore, if you are submitting a form to seek help for someone else, please note that we will be unable to give you any post-visit follow-up information.
