Ashtabula County’s Quick Response Team met on February 27th to discuss strategies for supporting individuals impacted by substance use. The QRT connects with people after an overdose, offering resources such as treatment options, recovery support, and Narcan. The team consists of individuals at the Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Department, Lake Area Recovery Center, Community Counseling Center, Signature Health, and MHRS Board.
