Join us for the One Life 5K Race and 1 Mile Walk for Suicide Prevention as we gather to raise awareness, show support, and honor loved ones in our community. Whether you choose to run the 5K or walk the 1-mile, your participation helps support vital suicide prevention efforts.

7:45 AM: Registration opens with activities
8:30 AM: Ceremony
9:00 AM: Run / Walk official start

We are currently seeking sponsors and donations to support this year’s event. Contributions help cover event overhead, participant t-shirts, and refreshments. All excess funds directly support local suicide prevention initiatives, community awareness, and gatekeeper trainings (such as QPR and Mental Health First Aid).

- Gold: $200 – $499
- Silver: $26 – $199
- Bronze: Up to $25
